Understanding people is the foundation of good design and as per GDS principles, Mindwave recommends kicking off a project with a Discovery phase.
Mindwave’s design process is also influenced by Agile principles, and the Design Council’s Double Diamond approach.

All of Mindwave’s projects, are based on extensive and in-depth user research. Maia is a prime example of this with well over 1000 patients, carers, clinicians and academics consulted via workshops, one to one sessions and online engagement.
