Tracy has worked for 20+ years in many finance, operational and project roles including Guardian News & Media, and multiple startups.

At Mindwave, Tracy is responsible for the finance operation including financial reporting, business budgeting & forecasting. Her passion for startups and her cross-functional business experience ensures that we have the financial information at hand to make effective decisions to grow the business.

Outside work, Tracy enjoys getting lost on long forest walks with the family (& Teddy the dog) that usually end in a nice beer garden!
