Simerjit (Sim) is from Punjab, India but grew up in Stockholm, Sweden. She has a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management and has later graduated from University of Birmingham with a Masters degree in Business Management.

She has worked across multiple industries in client facing roles and has 12 years of experience working within primary care (NHS).

As a Client Success Manager, Sim is the voice between the client and the team internally. She facilities client meetings, agree project scope and ensures items are delivered as per scope.
