Following 13 years in recruitment, Katy has been working with healthcare organisations since 2015 in a number of different roles.

These roles proved that good organizational skills add value to any organization, and enabled her to pick up new skills and projects quickly and adapt to new environments.

Katy initially joined Mindwave in a freelance capacity to help deliver Healthlocker – our first personal health record, but quickly became our resident PHR expert and joined as a permanent member of the team in 2017. She is now responsible for managing our Personal Health Records programme across a number of NHS trusts around the UK.

Outside work, Katy goes by the name Tawny Owl, running a Brownie pack in West London and chairing a committee that runs a small center for use by Brownies and Guides. She also enjoys all kinds of arts & crafts.
