Joanna’s career in HR started in computer games 20+ years ago for a Canon company, and more recently for Sony Interactive Entertainment.

Joanna also has experience of working within HR and Recruitment at a senior level in multiple startup companies – evolving company culture, growing the team, and supporting senior management teams.

At Mindwave, Joanna is responsible for HR and Recruitment. Her interest and passion for supporting business growth by expanding the team and harnessing the company culture working closely with the management team.

Outside work Joanna is kept busy with her own team – 3 little boys and puppy Maggie who all enjoy exploring in the woods, playing in the park, and making regular trips to the beaches on the Isle of Wight.
