Lakshmi has two and a half years of experience in Project Coordination and Project Management. She has completed her bachelor’s degree in Information Technology at Saveetha Engineering College, Chennai. Lakshmi specialises in team handling and Communication. Lakshmi is known for her positive attitude and her enthusiasm to use her positivity to encourage others to work hard and succeed. 

At Mindwave, she has joined as a Project Coordinator. She is involved in project planning, initiation, resourcing and execution to monitoring, control and completion.

Lakshmi says her biggest inspiration is her daughter. Other than work, she loves to cook Chettinad foods, spend time with her family, and play with her daughter in her free time.
