Project Support Officer

London or Liverpool (remote working available)

Mindwave Ventures ( are rethinking, reshaping and redesigning how technology is used to create impact at scale within healthcare.

The team are seeking a Project Support Officer to work with our multi discipline team across a range of projects including a programme of personal health records, healthcare research apps and a platform for digitising mental health act forms. You will work collaboratively with all members of our team.

Your responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will support the Project and Product Managers to ensure successful delivery of our projects.

You will follow established project processes and:

  • Attend regular internal and client project meetings
  • Take detailed meeting notes and project scopes
  • Write regular progress reports for clients
  • Create and maintain project documentation including: project plans; risk and issue registers; scoping documentation.
  • Update and maintain project management software (Wrike)
  • Take responsibility for organising and maintaining project files and folders
  • Proof read copy for digital platforms
  • Undertake user acceptance testing on platforms

Skills and experience – Must haves:

The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, quickly picking up software and processes and working across multiple projects.

  • Experience in a project support or similar administrative role
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • Proven organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Able to work remotely as an individual as well as in a team setting
  • Proven experience working in deadline driven environment and be able to demonstrate an ability to juggle different project priorities.
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Willingness to learn about basic software development principals.

Skills and experience – Desirable:

  • Native level written English
  • Experience in a healthcare environment
  • Experience in a digital environment
  • Basic knowledge of data protection or working with sensitive information
