How Mindwave are dealing with COVID -19

We’d like to share some information about how we are responding to COVID-19.

We have taken quick action and all our staff have been working remotely since the 12th of March. As a digital company, we are using tools such as Slack and Hangouts to collaborate with each other, so that we can continue as usual with minimum disruption. As a close-knit community, we support and regularly check-in with each other.

We are making sure services to our clients are only minimally disrupted, and looking for ways to help with digital solutions. Our face-to-face meetings and workshops are now all being held online. We will continue to deliver high quality services on time and within budget, despite the current situation.Our main clients are NHS and other health focused organisations and we are keen to do anything we can to help. Digital technologies play an important role in remote communication, monitoring, distributing trusted resources and self-management.

We are currently approaching each of our clients to see how our products, and in particular our Personal Health Record (PHR) may be able to help with functions such as instant messaging for remote communication.
